摘要
蒸发苯亚甲基富勒烯1,2-PhCHC60(1)的间二甲苯(m-C8H10)溶液,制备了微米花状结构的自组装膜。高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)和选取电子衍射(SAED)结果表明该微米花状结构具有清晰的晶格条纹,晶格间距为0.98nm。结合拉曼光谱测试结果,推测微米花状结构中化合物1分子的C60笼为平行排列。核磁氢谱(1 H-NMR)结果表明,该微米花状结构是摩尔比为1∶m-C8H10=1∶0.7的溶剂化物。掺杂的间二甲苯分子具有高结晶性,阻碍了化合物1分子的自由旋转与振动,非辐射跃迁减少,因此该微米花状结构薄膜的光致发光(PL)性能显著提高。
The benzenomethylfullerene 1,2-PhCHC60(1)with flower-like hierarchical microstructure was constructed via facile evaporation compound 1 in m-xylene solution.HRTEM and SAED results revealed well-defined lattices with an interplanar spacing of 0.98 nm.Combined with the results of Raman spectroscopy,it was speculated that the C60 cage of compound 1 molecule was in parallel arrangement in micro-flower structure.On the basis of 1 H-NMR,the assembly was a solvate with the molar radio of 1∶m-C8H10=1∶0.7.It prevented the free rotation and vibration of the molecule of compound 1,due to the doping solvent and highly crystalline,resulting in remarkable enhancement in photoluminescence(PL)of the flower-like microstructure.
