添加液体玻璃的丙烯酸酯共聚物涂层对体外细胞生长的影响

摘要 采用紫外光引发的原位聚合法制备了丙烯酸酯共聚物及其与液体玻璃的复合物涂层,在涂层上分别培养了人脂肪干细胞和成纤维细胞,通过细胞计数分析了涂层上细胞的生长情况。采用X射线光电子能谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对涂层进行了表征,结果表明纳米SiO_(2)与丙烯酸酯共聚物发生了相互作用。细胞实验表明较薄的致密复合物涂层有利于细胞的生长,具有小孔径共聚物涂层及含有均匀分散的更小纳米SiO_(2)颗粒的复合物涂层更有利于脂肪源性干细胞(hASCs)的生长,相反则对成纤维细胞具有更好的亲和选。 Acrylate copolymer and their composite coatings added with liquid glass were polymerized in situ by exposing to UV light,and then used for supporting cell culture of human adipose-derived stem cells(hASCs)and fibroblasts.The cultured cells were counted for analysis of cellular proliferation.The coatings were characterized with XPS and SEM.The results indicated that the SiO_(2) nano particles could have interaction with copolymers,which caused compact composite coating good for cell proliferation especially on thin coatings.Cell culture results showed that hASCs grew better on composite coatings with smaller pores and aggregated SiO_(2) particles,while fibroblasts behaved reversely.
