摘要
二氧化钛纳米管(TiO_(2)NTs)阵列作为一种新型的三维立体纳米材料,凭借其独特、规整有序的空心管状结构、良好的化学稳定性、生物相容性以及优异的光电化学性能,在环境、新能源和生物传感领域展现出巨大的应用价值。综述了TiO_(2)NTs阵列常见的制备方法,指出了当前TiO_(2)NTs阵列的研究现状和亟待解决的问题,并对今后的研究重点和方向提出了新的展望。
TiO_(2) nanotubes(TiO_(2)NTs)arrays are a new type of 3D nanomaterials due to their distinctive and well-organized hollow nanotubular structure, favorable chemical stability, biocompatibility, excellent photoelectrochemical performance.It has great application value in the fields of environmental,energy and biosensors.The preparation methods of TiO_(2)NTs arrays were reviewed.In the end,it pointed out the problems existing in the current research situation,and put forward a new prospect for the future research direction.
