酰化茶皂素作为页岩水化抑制剂抑制性能及作用机理 被引量:2

Inhibition Performance and Action Mechanism of Acylated Tea Saponin as a Shale Hydration Inhibitor

摘要 针对目前大多数页岩水化抑制剂抑制性能不足、环保性能差等问题,通过酰化反应对茶皂素进行疏水改性,合成了一种酰化茶皂素(ATS)页岩水化抑制剂。通过泥饼浸泡实验、线性膨胀实验、页岩滚动回收实验、毛细管吸收实验等室内试验研究了ATS抑制页岩水化的性能。通过表面张力实验、红外光谱分析、接触角实验和微观形貌分析对其抑制机制进行分析。结果表明:ATS抑制页岩水化分散性能优于氯化钾和聚醚胺;ATS可通过氢键作用吸附在页岩表面,形成疏水层;1%ATS水溶液的表面张力为35.89m N·m-1,可显著降低毛管力,减少水分子侵入页岩;ATS无毒环保,可生物降解。 Aiming at the problems of insufficient inhibition and poor environmental protection performance of most shale hydration inhibitors, an acylated tea saponin(ATS) shale hydration inhibitor was synthesized by hydrophobic modification of tea saponin through acylation reaction. The inhibition properties of ATS on shale hydration were studied by immersion tests, linear swelling tests, shale cuttings hot-rolling dispersion tests and capillary suction time tests. The inhibition mechanism was analyzed by surface tension test, infrared spectrum analysis, contact angle experiment and micro morphology analysis. The experimental results showed that ATS was superior to potassium chloride and polyether amine in inhibiting hydration and dispersion of shale;ATS was adsorbed on the surface of shale through hydrogen bonding to form a hydrophobic layer;the surface tension of 1% ATS aqueous solution was 35.89 mN·m-1, which significantly reduced the capillary force and reduce the water molecules invasion into shale;ATS was non-toxic, environmentally friendly and biodegradable.
