宫腔镜电切术联合孕激素治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy Combined with Progesterone in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyps

目的研究宫腔镜电切术联合孕激素治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的80例子宫内膜息肉患者,随机分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40)。对照组采用宫腔镜电切术治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用孕激素治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、子宫内膜厚度及复发率。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。术前,两组的子宫内膜厚度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);术后1个月、3个月、6个月,两组的子宫内膜厚度均小于术前,且试验组的子宫内膜厚度明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。术后随访6个月,试验组的复发率为5.00%,显著低于对照组的22.50%(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜电切术联合孕激素治疗子宫内膜息肉效果确切,可明显减少对子宫内膜的刺激,且术后复发率较低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with progesterone in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 80 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=40)and experimental group(n=40).The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electrotomy,and the experimental group was treated with progesterone on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,endometrial thickness and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Before operation,no statistical difference was found in the endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation,the endometrial thickness of the two groups were less than those before operation,and the endometrial thickness of the experimental group were significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 5.00%,significantly lower than 22.50%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with progesterone has exact effect in the treatment of endometrial polyps and lower postoperative recurrence rate,which can significantly reduce the stimulation of endometrium,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
