腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术治疗儿童脑积水的疗效观察 被引量:2

Observation on Efficacy of Laparoscope-Assisted Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt in the Treatment of Hydrocephalus in Children

摘要 目的观察腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术治疗儿童脑积水的临床疗效。方法选取2018年5月至2019年6月我院收治的脑积水患儿64例,根据手术方法不同分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=30)。观察组采用腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术治疗,对照组采用传统脑室腹腔分流术治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,血清NSE、S100β水平及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为85.29%,高于对照组的63.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清NSE、S100β水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.88%,低于对照组的23.33%(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术治疗儿童脑积水疗效显著,且并发症发生率较低,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscope-assisted ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of hydrocephalus in children.Methods 64 children with hydrocephalus admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=30)according to different surgical methods.The observation group was treated with laparoscope-assisted ventriculoperitoneal shunt,while the control group was treated with traditional ventriculoperitoneal shunt.The clinical efficacy,serum NSE and S100βlevels,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.29%,higher than 63.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum NSE and S100βlevels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.88%,lower than 23.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscope-assisted ventriculoperitoneal shunt in the treatment of children with hydrocephalus has significant efficacy and lower incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
