宫腔镜联合经阴道彩超检查在老年子宫内膜息肉诊断中的临床价值分析

Analysis on the Clinical Value of Hysteroscopy Combined with Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Elderly Endometrial Polyps

目的分析宫腔镜联合经阴道彩超检查在老年子宫内膜息肉诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月我院收治的疑似子宫内膜息肉老年患者128例,均行宫腔镜与经阴道彩超检查,以病理活检结果为金标准,比较宫腔镜联合经阴道彩超、经阴道彩超的诊断结果及诊断效能。结果病理活检结果显示,128例疑似患者中有109例(85.16%)证实为子宫内膜息肉。宫腔镜联合经阴道彩超的子宫内膜息肉检出率为97.25%,显著高于经阴道彩超的82.57%(P<0.05)。宫腔镜联合经阴道彩超诊断子宫内膜息肉的灵敏度、特异度、诊断符合率均显著高于经阴道彩超(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜联合经阴道彩超声检查可显著提高老年子宫内膜息肉的诊断准确率,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of elderly endometrial polyps.Methods 128 elderly patients with suspected endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected,and given hysteroscopy and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Taking pathological biopsy results as the gold standard,the diagnostic results and diagnostic efficiency of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were compared.Results The pathological biopsy results showed that among 128 suspected patients,109 cases(85.16%)were confirmed as endometrial polyps.The detection rate of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for endometrial polyps was 97.25%,significantly higher than 82.57%of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and diagnostic coincidence rate of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial polyps were significantly higher than those of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusions Hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of elderly endometrial polyps,which has higher clinical application value.
