经尿道输尿管镜联合经皮肾镜碎石术治疗复杂性上尿路结石的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transurethral Ureteroscopy Combined with Percutaneous Nephrolithotripsy in the Treatment of Complex Upper Urinary Calculi

目的分析经尿道输尿管镜联合经皮肾镜碎石术治疗复杂性上尿路结石的临床效果。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月我院收治的121例复杂性上尿路结石患者,随机分为研究组(n=61)和对照组(n=60)。研究组采用经尿道输尿管镜联合经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,对照组采用经尿道输尿管软镜碎石术治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生率。结果研究组的一次结石清除率和碎石成功率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经尿道输尿管镜联合经皮肾镜碎石术治疗复杂性上尿路结石,能够提高一次结石清除率和碎石成功率,临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of transurethral ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of complex upper urinary calculi.Methods 121 patients with complex upper urinary calculi admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group(n=61)and control group(n=60).The study group was treated with transurethral ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy,and the control group was treated with percutaneous ureteroscopic lithotripsy.The clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The one-time stone clearance rate and the success rate of lithotripsy in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Transurethral ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy in the treatment of complex upper urinary calculi can improve the one-time stone clearance rate and the success rate of lithotripsy,with better clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
