Objective To explore the influence of minimally invasive surgery combined with catheter suction on treatment effect and life quality of patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from January 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with minimally invasive surgery combined with catheter suction, and the control group was treated with traditional craniotomy. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the edema volume and neurological function score at 7 days after surgery were lower than those of the control group, and the hematoma clearance rate at 1 day after surgery was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of spirit, physical pain, social function and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary infection rate and gastrointestinal bleeding rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional craniotomy, minimally invasive surgery combined with catheter suction in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can shorten the operation time, improve the postoperative neurological function and quality of life, and improve the treatment effect with higher safety, which is worthy of promotion and application.
