葛根素注射液联合糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Puerarin Injection Combined with Glucocorticoid in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的观察葛根素注射液联合糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月我院收治的突发性耳聋患者178例,随机分为对照组和观察组各89例。对照组采用糖皮质激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用葛根素注射液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.51%,高于对照组的85.39%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)延长,且观察组的PT、APTT、TT长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的0.5 kHz、1 kHz、2 kHz、4 kHz听力阈值降低,且观察组0.5 kHz、1 kHz、2 kHz、4 kHz听力阈值低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葛根素注射液联合糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋效果显著,可有效改善患者血液高凝状态,促进患者听力恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of puerarin injection combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 178 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 89 cases in each group.The control group was treated with glucocorticoid,and the observation group was treated with puerarin injection on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.51%,significantly higher than 85.39%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)of the two groups were prolonged,and the PT,APTT and TT of the observation group were longer than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hearing thresholds at 0.5 kHz,1 kHz,2 kHz and 4 kHz of both groups decreased,and the hearing thresholds at 0.5 kHz,1 kHz,2 kHz and 4 kHz of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Puerarin injection combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of sudden deafness has significant effect,which can effectively improve the hypercoagulable state of blood,and promote the hearing recovery of patients.
