小儿肺咳颗粒联合环酯红霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果研究

Study on Clinical Effect of Xiaoer Feike Granules Combined with Erythromycin Cyclocarbonate in the Treatment of Children with Acute Bronchitis

目的探讨小儿肺咳颗粒联合环酯红霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果。方法选择2019年5月至2020年5月我院收治的120例急性支气管炎患儿,根据接诊顺序分为参照组(60例)与实验组(60例)。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,参照组给予环酯红霉素治疗,实验组给予小儿肺咳颗粒联合环酯红霉素治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为93.3%,显著高于参照组的78.3%(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组的体征量化评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组的咳嗽、喘息、啰音消失时间及住院时间、C反应蛋白恢复正常时间、血常规恢复时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿肺咳颗粒联合环酯红霉素治疗小儿急性支气管炎疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feike granules combined with erythromycin cyclocarbonate in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis.Methods 120 children with acute bronchitis admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into reference group(60 cases)and experimental group(60 cases)according to visiting order.Both groups were given routine treatment,the reference group was treated with erythromycin cyclocarbonate,and the experimental group was treated with Xiaoer Feike granules combined with erythromycin cyclocarbonate.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.3%,significantly higher than 78.3%in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quantitative score of physical signs in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,pant and rales,hospitalization time,C-reactive protein recovery time and blood routine recovery time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Xiaoer Feike granules combined with erythromycin cyclocarbonate in the treatment of children with acute bronchitis has significant efficacy,which is worthy of promotion.
