高速涡轮钻微创术在低位埋伏下颌阻生智齿拔除中的疗效观察 被引量:2

Observation on the Efficacy of High-Speed Turbine Drill Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Extraction of Mandibular Impacted Wisdom Teeth in Low Position

摘要 目的观察高速涡轮钻微创术在低位埋伏下颌阻生智齿拔除中的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的234例低位埋伏下颌阻生智齿患者的临床资料,分为两组各117例。观察组接受高速涡轮钻微创术,对照组实施传统凿骨劈冠法。比较两组患者的拔牙时间、术后恢复时间、术后疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的拔牙时间、术后恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为5.98%,低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论高速涡轮钻微创术应用于低位埋伏下颌阻生智齿拔除中效果显著,有利于缩短患者拔牙时间,减轻患者术后疼痛,促进患者术后恢复,且并发症较少,值得临床推广。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of high-speed turbine drill minimally invasive surgery in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth in low position.Methods The clinical data of 234 patients with mandibular impacted wisdom teeth in low position admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into two groups,with 117 cases in each group.The observation group received high-speed turbine drill minimally invasive surgery,and the control group received traditional osteotomy.The tooth extraction time,postoperative recovery time,postoperative pain degree and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The tooth extraction time and postoperative recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.98%,lower than 22.22%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions High-speed turbine drill minimally invasive surgery in the extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth in low position has significant effect,and is beneficial to shorten the tooth extraction time,reduce the postoperative pain,and promote the postoperative recovery of patients,with fewer complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
