摘要
目的探讨静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的临床疗效及氧化应激指标和神经功能指标的变化。方法选择我院2017年12月至2019年12月收治的ACI患者68例,分为对照组和观察组各34例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用静脉溶栓治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的氧化应激指标(SOD、MDA、Ox-LDL)水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及治疗3个月后的改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分。结果观察组的总有效率为91.18%,显著高于对照组的70.59%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的SOD水平高于治疗前,MDA、Ox-LDL水平及NIHSS评分低于治疗前,且观察组的SOD水平高于对照组,MDA、Ox-LDL水平及NIHSS评分、mRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉溶栓治疗ACI患者可有效提高临床疗效,改善氧化应激指标和神经功能指标水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI),and the changes of oxidative stress indicators and neurological function indicators.Methods 68 ACI patients admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with intravenous thrombolysis on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the levels of oxidative stress indicators(SOD,MDA,Ox-LDL)and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores before and after treatment,and the modified Rankin scale(mRS)score after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.18%,significantly higher than 70.59%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the SOD levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the MDA and Ox-LDL leves,and NIHSS scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The SOD level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the MDA and Ox-LDL levels,NIHSS score and mRS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Intravenous thrombolysis in ACI patients can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the levels of oxidative stress indicators and neurological function indicators,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
