摘要
目的分析血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)联合检测在新生儿感染性肺炎诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月我院收治的感染性肺炎新生儿88例,根据患儿感染性质将其分为细菌感染组(n=48)和非细菌感染组(n=40),另选取同期非感染性疾病患儿88例作为对照组,比较三组患儿的SAA、PCT、CRP水平及SAA、PCT、CRP联合检测的阳性率。结果细菌感染组的SAA、PCT、CRP水平高于非细菌感染组和对照组(P<0.05);细菌感染组的SAA、PCT、CRP联合检测阳性率高于非细菌感染组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论SAA、PCT和CRP联合检测在新生儿感染性肺炎诊断中的应用价值较高,适宜在临床中作为新生儿感染性肺炎血清学感染的常规检测指标。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of combined detection of serum amyloid A(SAA),procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the diagnosis of neonatal infectious pneumonia.Methods 88 neonates with infectious pneumonia admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into bacterial infection group(n=48)and non-bacterial infection group(n=40)according to the nature of infection.Another 88 neonates with non-infectious diseases during the same period were selected as control group.The SAA,PCT and CRP levels,and the positive rate of combined detection of SAA,PCT,CRP were compared among the three groups.Results The SAA,PCT and CRP levels of the bacterial infection group were higher than those of the non-bacterial infection group and the control group(P<0.05).The positive rate of combined detection of SAA,PCT and CRP in the bacterial infection group was higher than that of the non-bacterial infection group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined detection of SAA,PCT and CRP has higher application value in the diagnosis of neonatal infectious pneumonia,and is suitable for clinical use as a routine detection indicator for serological infection in neonatal infectious pneumonia.
