摘要
目的探讨分析吞咽功能训练联合容积粘度吞咽测试(VVST)辅助预见性护理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年6月期间我院收治的脑卒中吞咽障碍患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用吞咽功能训练联合VVST辅助预见性护理,比较两组患者的吞咽功能、住院时间、满意度评分及并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组的SSA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SSA评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组,满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组误吸、呛咳、吸入性肺炎发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论吞咽功能训练联合VVST辅助预见性护理能够有效促进脑卒中吞咽障碍患者康复,提高患者的满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of swallowing function training combined with volume viscosity swallowing test(VVST)assisted predictive nursing in patients with stroke dysphagia.Methods 110 patients with stroke dysphagia admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received swallowing function training combined with VVST assisted predictive nursing on the basis of the control group.The swallowing function,hospitalization time,satisfaction score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,no statistical difference was found in the SSA score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SSA score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the satisfaction score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of aspiration,choke cough and aspiration pneumonia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Swallowing function training combined with VVST assisted predictive nursing can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with stroke dysphagia,improve their satisfaction degree,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
