基于治未病思想的护理干预对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者癌变率的影响

Influence of Nursing Intervention Based on the Thought of Disease Preventive Treatment on Canceration Rate of Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的探讨基于治未病思想的护理干预对慢性萎缩性胃炎患者癌变率的影响。方法选择2016年3月至2016年8月我院收治的47例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为对照组,采用常规护理干预;选择2016年9月至2017年2月我院收治的46例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者作为观察组,采用基于治未病思想的护理干预。比较两组患者干预前、干预1个月后自护能力。随访3年,统计两组的复发率及癌变率。结果干预1个月后,两组的ESCA各维度评分及总分均高于干预前,且观察组的ESCA各维度评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3年,观察组的复发率、癌变率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于治未病思想的护理干预能够有效提升慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的自护能力,降低其复发率、癌变率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention based on the thought of disease preventive treatment on canceration rate of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 47 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to August 2016 were selected as control group,and given routine nursing intervention.46 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to February 2017 were selected as observation group,and given nursing intervention based on the thought of disease preventive treatment.The self-care ability before intervention and after 1 month of intervention were compared between the two groups.Following for 3 years,the recurrence rates and canceration rates of the two groups were recorded.Results After 1 month of intervention,the scores of each dimension of ESCA,and the total scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores of each dimension of ESCA,and the total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Following for 3 years,the recurrence rate and canceration rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing intervention based on the thought of disease preventive treatment can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,and reduce the recurrence rate and canceration rate,which is worthy of promotion.
