PDCA循环法应用于妇科肿瘤腔镜手术护理质量管理中的价值评价

Evaluation on Value of PDCA Cycle Method in the Application of Nursing Quality Management of Gynecological Tumor Endoscopic Surgery

目的评价PDCA循环法应用于妇科肿瘤腔镜手术护理质量管理中的价值。方法选择2019年1月至2020年6月我院98例行妇科肿瘤腔镜手术的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各49例。观察组采用PDCA循环法,对照组采用常规护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组的护理文书、护理安全、护理操作评分高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环法应用于妇科肿瘤腔镜手术护理质量管理中可提高总体护理质量和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the value of PDCA cycle method in the application of nursing quality management of gynecological tumor endoscopic surgery.Methods 98 patients undergoing gynecological tumor endoscopic surgery from January 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group received PDCA cycle method,while the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing documents,nursing safety and nursing operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction degree was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle method can improve the overall nursing quality and nursing satisfaction degree,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
