集束化护理联合口腔冲刷对ICU患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的影响

Influence of Cluster Nursing Combined with Oral Flushing on the Incidence of Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia in ICU Patients

目的探讨集束化护理联合口腔冲刷对重症加强护理病房(ICU)患者呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2019年12月我院收治的100例ICU患者作为对照组,采用口腔冲刷护理;另选取2020年1月至2020年6月我院收治的100例ICU患者作为观察组,采用集束化护理联合口腔冲刷。比较两组的VAP发生率、人工气道留置时间及ICU救治时间。结果观察组的VAP发生率明显低于对照组,人工气道留置时间及ICU救治时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理联合口腔冲刷可有效降低ICU患者的VAP发生率,缩短其人工气道留置时间及ICU救治时间,利于其康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the influence of cluster nursing combined with oral flushing on incidence of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods 100 ICU patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the control group,and given oral flushing nursing.Another 100 ICU patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and given cluster nursing combined with oral flushing.The incidence of VAP,the indwelling time of artificial airway and ICU treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of VAP in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the indwelling time of artificial airway and ICU treatment time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing combined with oral flushing can effectively reduce the incidence of VAP in ICU patients,shorten the indwelling time of artificial airway and ICU treatment time,which is conducive to their rehabilitation and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
