老年患者日常生活能力与衰弱情况的关系分析

Analysis on the Relationship between Daily Living Ability and Debility in Elderly Patients

目的探讨老年患者日常生活能力与衰弱情况的关系。方法随机选取2018年2月至2020年2月我院老年病科住院患者100例,根据Barthel指数将其分为A组(轻度功能障碍,43例)、B组(中度功能障碍,34例)、C组(重度功能障碍,23例)。同时另选取同期30例健康体检者为对照组。比较四组的衰弱情况,评估患者日常生活能力与衰弱情况的相关性。结果与对照组相比,老年住院患者年龄更高,共病、多重用药占比更高(P<0.05)。A组、B组、C组的CHS index评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);A组的CHS index评分低于B组、C组(P<0.05)。一般线性双变量Pearson相关性分析显示,老年患者日常生活能力与衰弱情况呈负相关(r=-0.219,P<0.05)。结论老年患者日常生活能力与衰弱情况呈负相关,故护理人员应密切关注日常生活能力差的患者,给予针对性护理干预,促进老年住院患者身心健康。

Objective To explore the relationship between daily living ability and debility in elderly patients.Methods 100 hospitalized patients in our Geriatrics Department from February 2018 to February 2020 were randomly selected and divided into group A(mild dysfunction,43 cases),group B(moderate dysfunction,34 cases)and group C(severe dysfunction,23 cases)according to Barthel index.At the same time,another 30 healthy people with physical examination at the same period were selected as control group.The debility was compared among four groups,and the relationship between daily living ability and debility was evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the elderly hospitalized patients were older,and the rates of comorbidity and polypharmacy were higher(P<0.05).The CHS index scores of group A,group B and group C were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);The CHS index score of group A was lower than that of group B and group C(P<0.05).General linear bivariate Pearson correlation analysis showed that the daily living ability of elderly patients was negatively correlated with debility(r=-0.219,P<0.05).Conclusions The daily living ability is negatively correlated with debility in elderly patients.Therefore,nursing staff should pay close attention to the patients with poor daily living ability and give targeted nursing intervention to promote the physical and mental health of elderly hospitalized patients.
