QFKN-412-2型全空冷汽轮发电机开发和型式试验

摘要 全空冷汽轮发电机结构简单,运行维护方便,但受限于空气的散热特性,其容量存在一个设计极限。哈电新研制的QFKN-412-2型全空冷汽轮发电机,额定功率350MW,最大连续出力385MW,是当前国内自主开发的最大容量全空冷汽轮发电机。本文介绍了QFKN-412-2型全空冷汽轮发电机电磁设计、总体结构设计、通风系统设计、转子动力学设计以及型式试验结果。 Full air-cooled turbo-generator has a simple structure and is easy to operate and maintain.However,due to the heat dissipation characteristics of the air,there is a design limit for the capacity of full air-cooled turbo-generator.The QFKN-412-2 full air-cooled turbo-generator developed by HEC has a rated active power of 350 MW and a maximum continuous active power of 385 MW.It is the largest full air-cooled turbo-generator currently independently developed in China.This paper describes the electromagnetic design,overall structure design,ventilation system design,rotor dynamics design and type test results of the QFKN-412-2 full air-cooled turbo-generator.
