摘要
沈阳盛京金融广场T1塔楼地下室局部为金库区域,对混凝土地坪平整度提出较高要求。为保证混凝土地坪成型质量,采用AFJ铠装传力模板伸缩缝系统进行施工。通过A字形可周转固定架与多点辅助定位钢筋系统共同固定AFJ铠装传力模板伸缩缝系统,自主研发可调节式刮杠地坪平整度控制工具与标高控制工具,以实时调整混凝土地坪平整度,取得良好施工效果。
Part of the basement of Shengjing Financial Plaza T1 Tower in Shenyang is the vault area,which requires higher flatness of the concrete floor.In order to ensure the forming quality of concrete floor,the AFJ armoured force transmission formwork expand joint system is used for construction.The AFJ armoured force transmission formwork expand joint system is fixed by A-type movable fixed frame and multi-point auxiliary positioning steel bar system.The adjustable scraper floor flatness control tool and elevation control tool are independently developed to adjust the flatness of concrete floor in real time and achieve good construction results.
