摘要
以济南地铁1号线王大区间为依托,在高压旋喷桩加固失效的情况下,采用液氮垂直冻结加固技术使冻结土体有效承载水土压力,阻挡地下水携砂流入接收井,保证洞门破除安全。通过方案比选,选用盾构水下接收技术,可平衡水土压力,有效控制地面沉降,保护地下管线。
This paper introduces the technology based on the Jinan Subway Line 1 Wangfuzhuang to Dayang station section.In the case of high pressure jet grouting pile reinforcement failure,the frozen soil can bear the soil and water pressure effectively adopt liquid nitrogen vertical freezing reinforcement technology.It can block the flow of groundwater carrying sand into the receiving well,and ensure the safety of the broken door.Through the scheme selection,shield underwater receiving technology is selected.It can balance water and soil pressure,and effectively control land subsidence,protect underground pipeline.
