关于苹果的营养与保鲜技术的探讨

摘要 苹果是我们日常餐桌上必不可缺的水果之一,富含丰富的矿物质、维生素、鲜甜味美,市场供不应求。苹果种植产业发展过程中,如何实现苹果的错季上市,如何延长苹果的保鲜时间,增加苹果的价值,就成为现阶段需要重点攻克的难题。通过加快苹果贮藏和保鲜技术的推广应用,不仅能够为苹果营养成分不流失提供前提保障,同时也能够更好的推动优质苹果种植产业的发展,增加种植户的经济收益。本文主要结合实际工作经验,在探讨苹果储藏特点的基础上,论述了苹呆营养与保鲜技术,希望通过研究对广大同行有所帮助。
