小建中汤治疗消化性溃疡患者的效果及对幽门螺杆菌根除率的影响

Effect of Xiaojianzhong Decoction in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer Patients and Its Influence on Eradication Rate of Helicobacter Pylori

目的:探讨消化性溃疡患者小建中汤治疗的效果及对幽门螺杆菌根除率的影响。方法:选取本院2019年1-12月收治的消化性溃疡患者70例。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组进行常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上进行小建中汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、幽门螺杆菌根除率、复发率、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组的85.7%(P<0.05)。研究组幽门螺杆菌根除率为91.4%,高于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05)。研究组复发率为8.6%,低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为11.4%,低于对照组的34.3%(P<0.05)。结论:消化性溃疡治疗中,在西医治疗的基础上使用小建中汤治疗效果较好,值得应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaojianzhong Decoction in the treatment of peptic ulcer and its influence on eradication rate of helicobacter pylori.Method:A total of 70 patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Xiaojianzhong Decoction on the condition of the control group.The clinical efficacy,eradication rate of helicobacter pylori,recurrence rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was 94.3%,which was higher than 85.7% in the control group (P<0.05).The eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in the study group was 91.4%,which was higher than 71.4% in the control group (P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 8.6%,which was lower than 20.0% of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 11.4%,which was lower than 34.3% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of peptic ulcer,the use of Xiaojianzhong Decoction on the condition of western medicine treatment has a good effect,which is worthy of application.
