微视血流成像技术检测乳腺良恶性肿物的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析微视血流成像技术检测乳腺良恶性肿物血流的应用价值。方法:选择2019年1月-2020年12月在本院乳腺外科住院的416例乳腺肿物患者为研究对象,全部患者均经手术病理证实,416例患者中共428个乳腺肿瘤病灶,其中38例为恶性肿瘤,40个病灶;378例为良性肿瘤,388个病灶。分别采用彩色多普勒血流显像和超声微视血流成像技术观察乳腺肿物,对比其Adler分级情况。全部结果均以病理或手术结果作为金标准,分析两种方式联合乳腺影像报告和数据系统分级的检测灵敏度、特异度和准确率。结果:超声微视血流技术的乳腺肿物Adler分级的Ⅲ级比例较彩色多普勒血流显像更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声微视血流技术的诊断灵敏度、特异度及准确率均较彩色多普勒血流显像更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微视血流成像技术在乳腺良恶性肿物中具有较高的乳腺肿物Ⅲ级比例,且联合乳腺影像报告和数据系统分级中具有更高的灵敏度、特异度和准确率。 Objective:To analyze the application value of micro vision blood flow imaging in detecting of benign and malignant breast tumors.Method:A total of 416 patients with breast tumor in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology,there were 428 breast tumor lesions in 416 patients,including 38 cases of malignant tumor,40 lesions;378 cases of benign tumor,388 lesions.Color Doppler flow imaging and ultrasound micro vision flow imaging were used to observe breast tumors respectively.Adler grading of breast tumors were compared.All results were based on pathological or surgical results as the gold standard,the detection sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two methods combined breast imaging report and data system grading were analyzed.Result:The proportion of grade Ⅲ of Adler classification of breast tumor by ultrasound micro vision blood flow imaging was higher than that by color Doppler blood flow imaging,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound micro vision blood flow imaging were higher than those of color Doppler blood flow imaging (P<0.05).Conclusion:Micro vision blood flow imaging technology has a higher proportion of breast tumor grade Ⅲ in benign and malignant breast tumors,and has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy in combined breast imaging report and data system classification.
