摘要
目的:探析血红蛋白电泳在地中海贫血筛查中的应用意义。方法:选取本院2020年1-11月收治的600例地中海贫血患者设为观察组,包括341例α地中海贫血及259例β地中海贫血。同期选取100例健康者为对照组。两组均开展血红蛋白电泳检验,对比组间电泳检测结果、血红蛋白水平。结果:观察组电泳检测阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。β地中海贫血、α地中海贫血、对照组HbA水平逐渐升高,α地中海贫血、对照组、β地中海贫血HbA2水平逐渐升高,对照组、α地中海贫血、β地中海贫血HbF水平逐渐升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用血红蛋白电泳开展地中海贫血筛查,有利于检出地中海贫血及鉴别地中海贫血类型,应用价值显著。
Objective:To explore the significance of hemoglobin electrophoresis in the screening of thalassemia.Method:A total of 600 patients with thalassemia admitted to our hospital from January to November 2020 were selected as the observation group,including 341 cases of α-thalassemia and 259 cases of β-thalassemia.In the same period,100 healthy persons were selected as the control group.Hemoglobin electrophoresis test was carried out in both groups,and the results of electrophoresis and hemoglobin levels in the two groups were compared.Result:The positive rate of electrophoresis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The level of HbA in the β thalassemia,α thalassemia and the control group increased gradually,the level of HbA2 in the α-thalassemia,the control group,the β-thalassemia increased gradually,and the level of HbF in the control group,α-thalassemia and β-thalassemia increased gradually,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The screening of thalassemia by hemoglobin electrophoresis is helpful to detect thalassemia and distinguish the type of thalassemia,which has significant application value.
