脑梗死患者恢复期的中医护理方法和效果

Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Method and Effect of Cerebral Infarction Patients during Convalescence

目的:研究对于处在恢复期的脑梗死患者进行中医护理的方法,探究应用中医护理的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年5月于本院进行脑梗死治疗并处于恢复期的患者180例。按照双盲法分为观察组与对照组,每组90例。对照组行常规康复护理,观察组在对照组基础上行中医护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于处于恢复期的脑梗死患者而言,应用中医护理不仅能够提高治疗效果,还具有较佳的预后效果,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective:To study the method of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with cerebral infarction in convalescence period,and to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing method.Method:A total of 180 patients with cerebral infarction during convalescence treated in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to double-blind method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score,SAS score,SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the ADL score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:For the convalescent patients with cerebral infarction,the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the treatment scheme can not only improve the treatment effect,but also has better prognosis effect,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
