经尿道前列腺电切术中医疗废水处理的护理方案 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究经尿道前列腺电切术中医疗废水处理的护理研究。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年1月200例在本院行前列腺电切手术患者作为研究对象。随机分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组采用传统废水收集装置,研究组采取加盖密闭透明胶桶收集废液。比较两组废液收集情况、衣物及手术间地面溅湿率、手术暂停发生率、舒适度评分。结果:研究组废液回收量、患者舒适度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总溅湿率、手术暂停发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加盖密闭透明胶桶的使用能够有效增加手术废液的回收率,保证手术区干燥,避免患者及术者衣服被溅湿,减少污染发生,增加患者的舒适度,值得在临床推广。 Objective:To study the nursing of medical wastewater treatment in transurethral resection of prostate.Method:A total of 200 cases of patients who underwent transurethral resection of prostate from April 2019 to January 2021 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional wastewater collection device,while the study group was treated with cover sealed transparent plastic bucket to collect wastewater.The waste water collection situation,splashing of clothing and operating room floor,incidence of surgical suspension,comfort score of the two groups were compared.Result:The wastewater recovery amount and patients comfort score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);the total splashing rate and the incidence of surgical suspension of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of cover sealed transparent plastic bucket can effectively increase the recovery rate of surgical wastewater,effectively ensure the drying of the operation area,avoid the splashing of patients’ and operators’ clothes,reduce the occurrence of pollution,and increase the comfort of patients and operators,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
