75例小儿急性肠套叠围术期整体优质护理的应用研究

Application Study of Holistic High-quality Nursing Care on 75 Children with Acute Intussusception during Perioperative Period

目的:研究整体优质护理在急性肠套叠患儿围术期中的临床开展价值。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年5月在笔者所在科室行手术治疗的150例急性肠套叠患儿作为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序单双号分为两组,75例参照组实施常规护理模式,75例试验组实施整体优质护理模式,对比两组生活质量评分、并发症发生率、住院时间及住院费用。结果:试验组生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率(4.00%)低于参照组(18.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组住院时间短于参照组,住院费用少于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性肠套叠患儿的围术期,开展整体优质护理模式,对提升患儿生活质量、减少并发症有积极影响,同时还可缩短患儿住院时间、节约住院费用,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical value of holistic high-quality nursing care in the perioperative period of children with acute intussusception.Method:A total of 150 children with acute intussusception who received surgical treatment in the department of the author from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,with 75 cases in the reference group receiving conventional nursing mode,and 75 cases in the experimental group receiving overall quality nursing mode.Quality of life score,complication rate,length of stay and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group (4.00%) was lower than that in the reference group (18.67%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group,and the hospitalization cost in the experimental group was less than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative period of children with acute intussusception,the overall high-quality care model has a positive impact on improving the quality of life of the children and reducing complications,while also shortening the hospitalization time and saving the hospitalization costs.It is worthy of promotion.
