剖宫产患者术后压力性损伤发生的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Occurrence of Pressure Injury after Cesarean Section

目的:探讨剖宫产患者术后压力性损伤发生的影响因素,以为临床防治提供参考。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年10月接收的180例剖宫产患者临床资料,依据术后是否发生压力性损伤分为发生组与未发生组。记录所有入选者一般资料,采用单因素分析与多因素Logistic回归分析剖宫产患者术后发生压力性损伤的影响因素。结果:本研究180例患者中,有53例患者发生压力性损伤,占29.44%,127例患者未发生压力性损伤,占70.56%;单因素分析结果显示,合并GDM、合并贫血、并低蛋白血症、产后大出血、胎膜早破与剖产术后发生压力性损伤有关(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,合并GDM、合并贫血、合并低蛋白血症、产后大出血、胎膜早破均为剖宫产术后发生压力性损伤的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论:剖宫产患者术后压力性损伤发生率较高,其影响因素包括合并GDM、合并贫血、合并低蛋白血症、产后大出血、胎膜早破。

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of postoperative pressure injury in cesarean section patients,so as to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment.Method:The clinical data of 180 cesarean section patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups according to the occurrence of postoperative stress injury,namely the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group.The general data of all the candidates were recorded,and univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative stress injury in patients with cesarean section difference.Result:Among the 180 patients in this study,53 patients (29.44%) suffered from stress injury and 127 patients (70.56%) did not suffer from stress injury.The results of univariate analysis showed that the combination of GDM,anemia,hypoproteinemia,postpartum hemorrhage,and premature rupture of membranes were related to the occurrence of stress injuries after cesarean section (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the combination of GDM,anemia,hypoproteinemia,postpartum hemorrhage,and premature rupture of membranes were all influencing factors for the occurrence of stress injury after cesarean section (OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of post-operative stress injury in cesarean section patients is high,and its influencing factors include the complication of GDM,the complication of anemia,the complication of hypoproteinemia,postpartum hemorrhage,and premature rupture of membranes.
