2016-2020年广州市区无偿献血变化趋势分析

Analysis on the Trend of Voluntary Blood Donation in Guangzhou Urban Area from 2016 to 2020

目的:分析广州市区2016-2020年无偿献血的变化趋势及无偿献血人群特点,为进一步制定和改进献血者招募策略提供参考依据。方法:回顾性收集2016-2020年广州血液中心全血和机采血小板献血量、献血人次,并分别统计献血者的性别、年龄、一次献血量等数据,提出有效招募对策。结果:2016-2020年献血人数和采血量呈波动上升趋势,其中2019年全血和血小板采集均达最高峰;每年男性献血者均显著多于女性献血者;18~25年龄段的献血者占46.5%,随着年龄段的增加,献血比例呈下降趋势;全血2 U献血率在45%~60%,机采血小板2个治疗量献血率在63%~80%。结论:广州市无偿献血发展良好,需要进一步根据献血人群特征制定针对性宣传、招募的措施,加大中青年献血者的招募。

Objective:To analyze the trend of blood donation and the characteristics of blood donors in Guangzhou urban area from 2016 to 2020,and to provide reference for improvement of recruitment strategy.Method:Searched the data of whole blood and apheresis platele collection and the number of blood donors from Guangzhou Blood Center during 2016-2020,stratified by gender,age etc,to look for effective recruitment strategies.Result:During 2016 to 2020,the number of blood donors and blood collection showed a tortuous upward trend and reach the peak at 2019.The number of male blood donors was significantly more than that of female blood donors every year.Blood donors aged 18-25 accounted for 46.5%,and the proportion of blood donation decreased with the increase of age.2 U whole blood donation rate was 45% to 60%,while 2 therapeutic dose apheresis platele was 63% to 80%.Conclusion:The development of voluntary blood donation in Guangzhou is in good condition.However,targeted publicity and recruitment measures should be taken for further increase the recruitment of middle-aged blood donors.
