经皮椎体后凸成形术对脊椎压缩性骨折患者临床疗效及伤椎影像学指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术对脊椎压缩性骨折患者临床疗效与伤椎影像学指标的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2020年1月笔者所在医院收治的脊椎压缩性骨折患者82例,根据手术方法的不同分为两组,对照组应用经皮椎体成形术,研究组应用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不同时间VAS评分、伤椎影像学指标。结果:研究组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后2周、3个月VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组椎体前缘高度、椎体后缘高度高于对照组(P<0.05),Cobb’s角低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脊椎压缩性骨折患者治疗过程当中,经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗的效果比较理想,有效改善伤椎影像学指标和临床疗效,临床上应当进一步推广应用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty on the clinical efficacy and imaging index of vertebral injury in patients with vertebral compression fracture.Method:A total of 82 patients with vertebral compression fracture who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to January 2020 were divided into two groups according to the different operation methods.The control group was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and the study group was treated by percutaneous kyphoplasty.The clinical efficacy,VAS score and vertebral injury imaging index were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 2 weeks and 3 months after operation(P<0.05).The height of the anterior and posterior margin of the vertebral body in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the Cobb’s angle was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of compressed fracture of spine,the effect of percutaneous kyphosis is ideal,and the imaging index and clinical effect of injured vertebrae can be improved effectively.It should be further applied in clinical.
