中医烫熨疗法联合穴位贴敷对中风偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响

Influence of TCM Ironing Therapy Combined with Acupoint Application on the Rehabilitation of Limb Function of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:分析中风偏瘫患者接受中医烫熨疗法与穴位贴敷联合治疗对其肢体功能康复效果产生的影响。方法:选取福建中医药大学附属人民医院和福州神经精神病防治院2019年1月-2020年8月接受治疗进行治疗的70例中风偏瘫患者。通过系统随机化法分成常规治疗组与中医治疗组,各35例。常规治疗组予以常规治疗,中医治疗组联合应用中医烫熨疗法及穴位贴敷治疗。结果:治疗前两组肢体麻木、口眼歪斜、言语謇涩及半身不遂等中医症候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组各项临床症状中医症候积分均较治疗前明显下降,中医治疗组各项临床症状中医症候积分均低于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组上肢及下肢FMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组上下肢FMA评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),中医治疗组上肢及下肢FMA评分均明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中风偏瘫患者应用中医烫熨疗法与穴位贴敷联合治疗能够加快临床症状缓解并可改善其肢体功能。

Objective:To analyze the effect of TCM ironing therapy combined with acupoint application on the rehabilitation of limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:A total of 70 cases of stroke hemiplegia patients who received treatment in People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the TCM treatment group by systematic randomization method.The conventional treatment group was given conventional treatment,and the TCM treatment group was given TCM ironing therapy combined with acupoint application.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups,such as numbness of limbs,askew of mouth and eye,slurred speech and hemiplegia(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of all clinical symptoms in both groups decreased significantly than those before treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores of all clinical symptoms in the TCM treatment group were lower than those in the conventional treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in upper and lower limb FMA scores between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),the FMA scores of upper and lower limbs in the TCM treatment group were significantly higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM ironing therapy combined with acupoint application can accelerate the remission of clinical symptoms and improve the limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
