中西医结合疗法对2型糖尿病患者凝血功能指标、代谢及血液流变学指标的影响

Influence of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment on Coagulation Function,Metabolism and Hemorheology in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法对2型糖尿病患者凝血功能、代谢状态和血液流变学指标的影响。方法:选取本院2016年12月-2018年12月临床收治的2型糖尿病患者88例为研究对象。随机分为西医治疗组(给予西医治疗)和中西医结合组(给予中西医结合治疗)。比较两组治疗前后凝血功能、代谢状态和血液流变学指标及临床综合疗效。结果:治疗4周后,中西医结合组PT高于西医治疗组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,中西医结合组PT、APTT高于西医治疗组,中西医结合组Fg水平低于西医治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗4、8周后,两组代谢状态指标均较治疗前降低,中西医结合组各项代谢状态指标均低于西医治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗后4、8周,两组血液流变学指标水平均较治疗前降低,中西医结合组各项血液流变学指标水平均低于西医治疗组(P<0.05)。中西医结合组治疗总有效率为93.18%,高于西医治疗组的77.27%(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合疗法治疗2型糖尿病,能够改善患者凝血功能和代谢状态,对血液流变学指标进行有效调节,提升临床综合疗效。

Objective:To investigate the influence of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment on coagulation function,metabolic status and hemorheology in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:From December 2016 to December 2018,88 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the western medicine treatment group(given western medicine treatment)and the integrated Chinese and western medicine group(given integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment).The coagulation function,metabolic status,hemorheology indexes before and after treatment and clinical comprehensive efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the PT in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,the PT,APTT in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was higher than those in the western medicine treatment group,and the Fg level in the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was lower than that in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).After 4,8 weeks of treatment,the metabolic status indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the metabolic status indexes of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those of the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).After 4,8 weeks of treatment,the hemorheological indexes of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the hemorheological indexes of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group were lower than those of the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the integrated Chinese and western medicine group was 93.18%,which was higher than 77.27%of the western medicine treatment group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can improve the coagulation function and metabolic state of patients,effectively regulate the hemorheology indexes,and improve the clinical comprehensive effect.
