乳房穴位按摩联合艾灸对剖宫产产妇术后泌乳量及母乳喂养的影响

Influence of Breast Acupoint Massage Combined with Moxibustion on Lactation Volume and Breast Feeding of Parturient after Cesarean Section

目的:探讨乳房穴位按摩联合艾灸对剖宫产术后产妇泌乳量及母乳喂养的影响。方法:选择2019年1-9月本院行剖宫产术的产妇112例。根据入院先后顺序分为研究组(n=56)与对照组(n=56)。对照组接受常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施乳房穴位按摩联合艾灸。比较两组泌乳情况、母乳喂养情况、症状体征积分、乳房体积、泌乳素水平。结果:研究组泌乳开始时间显著早于对照组,术后1、3 d泌乳量均显著多于对照组,母乳喂养率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预3 d后,研究组乳汁不畅、乳房结块、乳房胀痛、乳房发热积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);干预3 d后,研究组乳房体积显著大于对照组,泌乳素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳房穴位按摩联合艾灸可减轻剖宫产术后产妇的症状体征,缩短产后泌乳时间,增加产后泌乳量,有利于产妇剖宫产术后早泌乳、多泌乳,提高母乳喂养率。

Objective:To investigate the influence of breast acupoint massage combined with moxibustion on lactation volume and breast feeding of parturient after cesarean section.Method:A total of 112 women received cesarean section in our hospital from January to September 2019 were selected and divided into the study group(n=56)and the control group(n=56)according to the order of admission.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group was given breast acupoint massage combined with Moxibustion on this basis.The lactation,breast feeding,symptoms signs scores,breast volume,prolactin level of the two groups were compared.Result:The lactation start time of the study group was significantly earlier than that of the control group,the lactation volume was significantly higher than that of the control group on postoperative 1,3 d,and the breastfeeding rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of milk obstruction,breast lumping,breast distending pain and breast fever in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 d of intervention,the breast volume of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the level of prolactin in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast acupoint massage combined with moxibustion can reduce the symptoms and signs of puerpera after cesarean section,shorten the time of postpartum lactation,increase the volume of postpartum lactation,which is conducive to early and more lactation after cesarean section,and improve the rate of breast-feeding.
