新型胸腔闭式冲洗管在慢性脓胸应用中的护理干预措施及效果探讨

Nursing Intervention Measures and Effect of New Type of Closed Chest Irrigation Tube in the Application of Chronic Empyema

目的:探究新型胸腔闭式冲洗管在慢性脓胸患者中的应用价值及护理措施。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年11月收治的60例慢性脓胸患者进行回顾性分析,两组患者均给予胸腔闭式冲洗治疗,其中30例患者采取新型胸腔闭式冲洗管治疗及护理(观察组),另30例患者则采取常规的胸腔闭式冲洗管治疗及护理(对照组),对比两组患者的引流情况、临床指标、综合疗效及并发症情况。结果:观察组72 h胸腔净出量明显多于对照组(P<0.05),且脓腔引流时间也明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),且VAS评分也显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗后3个月的观察中发现,观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将新型胸腔闭式冲洗管治疗及其护理方案应用于慢性脓胸患者的临床治疗中,可显著提高其综合疗效,缩短治疗时间,同时降低患者的并发症发生风险。

Objective:To explore the application value and nursing measures of a new type of closed thoracic irrigation tube in patients with chronic empyema.Method:A total of 60 patients with chronic empyema admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to November 2019 were selected for retrospective analysis.The two groups of patients were given closed thoracic irrigation treatment.Among them,30 patients were treated with new closed thoracic irrigation tube(the observation group),and the other 30 patients were treated with conventional closed thoracic irrigation tube(the control group).Drainage,clinical indicators,comprehensive efficacy and complications.Result:The 72 h chest net output of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the drainage time of pus cavity was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);3 months after treatment,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the new closed chest irrigation tube in the clinical treatment of patients with chronic empyema can significantly improve the comprehensive efficacy,shorten the treatment time,and reduce the risk of complications.
