尪痹胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的效果

Effect of Wangbi Capsules in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:评价尪痹胶囊治疗类风湿关节炎的效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月本院68例类风湿关节炎患者。按照治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组行常规治疗,观察组行尪痹胶囊治疗。对比两组疼痛情况、各炎症指标及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,对照组治疗总有效率为50.00%,低于观察组的94.12%(χ^(2)=5.818,P=0.016)。治疗后,两组疼痛评分均较治疗前降低,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(t=2.889,P=0.003)。治疗后,观察组红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平明显低于对照组(t=3.441、3.428,P=0.001、0.001)。结论:类风湿关节炎治疗均可行尪痹胶囊治疗,提高疗效的同时,可有效缓解患者疼痛,改善红细胞沉降率及CRP水平,值得推广。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Wangbi Capsule in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Method:Sixty-eight patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to treatment methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Wangbi Capsule treatment.Compared the pain,inflammatory indexes and therapeutic effects between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 50.00%,lower than 94.12%of the observation group(χ^(2)=5.818,P=0.016).After treatment,the pain scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the pain score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(t=2.889,P=0.003).After treatment,the level of erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t=3.441,3.428,P=0.001,0.001).Conclusion:Wangbi Capsule is feasible in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.While improving the curative effect,it can effectively relieve the pain of patients,improve erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP level,which is worthy of promotion.
