癌痛贴膏治疗寒凝血瘀型癌痛的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Aitong Plaster in the Treatment of Cancer Pain of Cold Blood Stasis Type

目的:分析寒凝血瘀型癌痛患者应用癌痛贴膏治疗的效果。方法:将74例2018年9月-2020年6月接受治疗的寒凝血瘀型癌痛患者随机分成两组,对照组应用吗啡缓释片缓解癌痛,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合应用癌痛贴膏治疗。结果:治疗后两组对比,观察组NRS评分更低,KPS评分更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分及SDS评分均更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率经对比组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:寒凝血瘀型癌痛患者应用癌痛贴膏治疗能够有效缓解其疼痛感,同时还有助于减轻其焦虑或者抑郁情绪,而且不会增加用药后不良反应,对于提升患者生存质量有重要价值。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Aitong Plaster in the treatment of cancer pain of cold blood stasis type.Method:A total of 74 patients with cancer pain of cold blood stasis type who received treatment from September 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with Morphine Sustained-release Tablets to relieve cancer pain,and the observation group was treated with Aitong Plaster on the basis of the control group.Result:After treatment,the NRS score of the observation group was lower,and the KPS score was higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Aitong Plaster in the treatment of cancer pain of cold blood stasis type can effectively relieve the pain,at the same time,it can also help to reduce their anxiety or depression,and it will not increase the adverse reactions after medication,which has important value for improving the quality of life of patients.
