清中汤治疗脾胃湿热证型慢性浅表性胃炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Qingzhong Decoction on Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Dampness-heat Syndrome of Spleen and Stomach

目的:探讨清中汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎(脾胃湿热证型)临床效果。方法:随机数字表法将2018年8月-2020年8月收治的100例脾胃湿热证型慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)患者分为两组,每组50例患者,对照组采用西药治疗,研究组减少西药疗程联合清中汤加减治疗,对比两组临床效果、症候评分、血清IL-6、PGE_(2)变化。结果:研究组干预总有效率96.00%(48/50),优于对照组的78.00%(39/50);干预后研究组的IL-6、症候评分低于对照组(P<0.05),PGE_(2)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脾胃湿热证型CSG患者联合加减清中汤治疗时可有效提升中医症候评分,稳定患者治疗效果,调节机体IL-6、PGE_(2)水平的基础上减少西药使用剂量,可在临床治疗中广泛使用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qingzhong Decoction on chronic superficial gastritis(dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach).Method:From August 2018 to August 2020,100 cases of dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach types of chronic superficial gastritis(CSG)patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,50 cases in each group,the control group treated by western medicine,the study group treated by Qingzhong Decoction and reduced the western medicine treatment,two groups of clinical effect,the symptoms score,serum IL-6,PGE2 were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%(48/50),which was better than 78.00%(39/50)of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of IL-6 and symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of PGE_(2)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment with Qingzhong Decoction for CSG patients with dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach can effectively improve the scores of TCM symptoms,stabilize the treatment effect of patients,reduce the dosage of western medicine on the basis of regulating the levels of IL-6 and PGE2 in the body,and can be widely used in clinical treatment.
