人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果及对患者临床症状的改善研究

Effect of Artificial Tears on Dry Eye after Cataract Surgery and the Improvement of Patients’Clinical Symptoms

目的:探讨人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的效果及对患者临床症状的改善效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2018年6月-2020年6月收治的白内障术后干眼症患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例,对照组行常规滴眼液药物治疗,观察组加用人工泪液治疗。评价两组疗效,测定治疗前后患者泪腺功能指标变化及症状体征改善效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为97.92%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组感觉性状、眼表体征评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组泪液分泌试验结果高于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,角膜荧光素染色评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对白内障术后干眼症患者在常规滴眼液药物基础上增加人工泪液治疗可进一步提高疗效,恢复正常泪液,促使泪腺功能改善,减轻感觉性状、眼表体征,属于可靠的治疗方法,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of artificial tears on patients with dry eye after cataract surgery and the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients.Method:A total of 96 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery admitted to the author’s hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group received conventional eye drops medication,and the observation group added artificial tears treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated,and the change of lacrimal gland function indexes and the improvement effect of symptoms and signs were measured before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.92%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sensory traits and ocular surface signs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the tear secretion test result in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the tear film rupture time was longer than that in the control group,and the corneal fluorescein staining score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For dry eye patients after cataract surgery,adding artificial tears on the basis of conventional eye drops can further improve the curative effect,restore normal tears,promote the improvement of lacrimal gland function,and reduce sensory traits and ocular surface signs.It is a reliable treatment method,worth promoting.
