摘要
针对常规超声波检测工艺和方法难以发现的钛合金小规格棒材中的偏析问题,尤其是多元钛合金棒材在VAR(真空自耗熔炼)过程中产生的微观偏析问题,文章阐述了水浸超声波检测法的原理和特点,对检测方法中的关键参数进行研究。
Aiming at the segregation problem in titanium alloy small-size bars that are difficult to find by conventional ultrasonic testing technology and methods,especially the micro-segregation problem caused by multi-element titanium alloy bars in the VAR(vacuum consumable smelting)process,the article describes the principle and characteristics of water immersion ultrasonic detection method,the key parameters of the detection method are studied.
