摘要
轮胎式提梁机主要是搬运重型设备和构件的车辆,被广泛应用到高铁客运专线箱梁搬运等场合中。在提梁机液压系统中的重点为转向轮组液压系统,能够提高车辆搬运的性能。转向轮组液压系统操作比较稳定,并且使整车的行走比较灵活。文章以900t轮胎式提梁机作为研究对象,对其进行改造。通过整体分析,所提方案具有可行性。
The tire-type beam lifting machine is mainly a vehicle for handling heavy equipment and components,and is widely used in the handling of box beams on high-speed passenger dedicated lines.The focus in the hydraulic system of the beam lifting machine is the steering wheel hydraulic system,which can improve the performance of vehicle handling.The operation of the hydraulic system of the steering wheel set is relatively stable,and make the vehicle travels more flexible.The article takes 900-ton tire beam lifting machine as the research object and reforms it.Through overall analysis,the proposed scheme is feasible.
