This paper mainly introduces the main functions realized by the application of electrical automation technology in sewage treatment,and then analyzes the PLC control technology,on-line monitoring technology,remote monitoring of sewage treatment based on MCGS,intelligent system of neural network and other electrical automation technologies under the background of the new period.By applying this technology to sewage treatment,the overall effect of sewage treatment is improved.
