气旋浮油水分离中试装置试验研究

摘要 塔河油田二号联合站现有采出水处理流程长,且需要添加多种水处理药剂,为缩短水处理流程、降低加药量和水处理过程中能耗,提高油水分离效果,设计并搭建气旋浮中试装置,处理量5m^(3)/h,并进行了现场试验研究。回流水引气诱导气旋浮工艺水质净化效果显著,最优操作参数为回流比0.2,气水比1:1,除油率保持在94%~99%,该工艺投资低,能耗较低,经济效益高,具有广泛的应用前景。
