硝苯地平联合酚妥拉明治疗妊高征的临床效果研究

Research of the Clinical Effect of Nifedipine Combined with Phentolamine Treatment on Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

分析硝苯地平、酚妥拉明联合治疗妊高征的临床效果。选取72例妊高征,按照不同治疗方案分为观察组与对照组,每组各36例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组用药的基础上采用硝苯地平联合酚妥拉明,对比两组的治疗效果。观察组用药后的血压指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产率、妊娠不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。采用硫酸镁常规治疗的基础上联合硝苯地平、酚妥拉明,可有效改善妊高征的血压水平,降低妊高征的剖宫产率与妊娠不良反应发生率,具有显著的临床应用价值。

The research analyzes the clinical effect of nifedipine combined with phentolamine treatment on pregnancy induced hypertension.72 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension are selected,and they are divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 36 patients in each group.Control group receive magnesium sulfate treatment,and observation group receive nifedipine combined with phentolamine based on the treatment of the control group.Clinical effects of two groups are compared.Blood pressure index after medication of observation group is significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Cesarean section rate and gestation adverse reaction rate are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Nifedipine combined with phentolamine based on the conventional therapy of magnesium sulfate can effectively improve the blood pressure of pregnancy induced hypertension,and reduce the cesarean section rate of pregnancy induced hypertension and pregnancy adverse reaction rate.So it has significant clinical application value.
