助产护理干预对高龄产妇分娩方式及产程的影响

Influence of Midwifery Nursing Intervention on Delivery Mode and Labor Stages of Elderly Parturient Women

分析助产护理干预对高龄产妇的分娩方式及产程的影响。选取126例高龄产妇作为本次研究对象,并随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各63例。对照组行常规护理,研究组在对照组的基础上给予助产护理干预,比较两组高龄产妇的分娩方式及各产程时间。结果表明,研究组产妇的自然分娩比例(73.02%)显著高于对照组(41.27%),在各产程中,研究组所用时间均显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。在高龄产妇分娩过程中,自然分娩的比例以及产程时间显著受助产护理的影响,助产护理可降低高龄产妇的分娩风险。

The research analyzes the influence of midwifery nursing intervention on delivery mode and labor stages of elderly parturient women.126 elderly parturient women are selected as the research objects,and they are randomly divided into research group and control group,with 63 patients in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and research group receive midwifery nursing intervention based on the treatment of control group.Delivery mode and labor time of all stages of the elderly parturient women of two groups are compared.The results show that the natural labor ratio of research group is 73.02%,which is significantly higher than 41.27%of the control group.In labor of all stages,time of research group is significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).In the process of delivery of the elderly parturient women,the ratio of natural labor and labor time are significantly influenced by delivery nursing,and delivery nursing can reduce the delivery risk of the elderly parturient women.
