血液标本临床检验不合格原因及优化策略

Causes of Clinical Disqualified Inspection of Blood Preparation and the Optimization Strategy

分析血液标本不合格的原因,并提出解决措施。采用回顾资料分析方法将广安职业技术学院附属医院送检不合格的血液标本作为观察对象,获得血液标本不合格原因。分析116例问题血液标本的形成因素,采血不标准占24.13%,凝血不标准占18.96%,溶血不标准占17.24%,容器不合格占16.37%,标签错误占8.62%,延迟送检占6.01%,采血位置不当占5.17%,脂浊占3.44%。血液标本不合格的原因有很多种,要采用针对性的措施来解决不合格问题,以此来保证血液样本的质量。

The research analyzes the causes of disqualified inspection of blood preparation,and proposes countermeasures.Retrospective data analysis method is adopted to regard disqualified blood preparation from Guang’an Vocational and Technical College as the observation objects.The causes of disqualified inspection of blood preparation are obtained.The research analyzes the formative factors of 116 samples of disqualified blood preparation,including non-standard blood sampling accounting for 24.13%,non-standard blood coagulation accounting for 18.96%,non-standard hemolysis accounting for 17.24%,disqualification of the container accounting for 16.37%,mistake in label error accounting for 8.62%,delay in inspection accounting for 6.01%,improper blood sampling location accounting for 5.17%,and lipid turbidity accounting for 3.44%.There are many causes of the disqualification of blood preparation.So we should adopt targeted measures to solve the disqualification problem,to guarantee the quality of blood sample.
