摘要
分析针对性护理干预对先兆流产产妇生活质量的影响。选取78例先兆流产产妇,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理干预,比较两组护理后的生活质量变化情况。观察组的恐惧、焦虑等评分显著低于对照组,心理状态显著优于对照组。观察组护理后的生活质量评分(93.54±20.76)显著高于对照组(84.69±18.98)(P<0.05)。对有先兆流产的产妇采用针对性护理干预可以有效缓解不良情绪对产妇的影响,提高产妇的生活质量。
The research analyzes the influence of targeted nursing intervention on the living quality of threatened abortion puerperae.78 threatened abortion puerperae are selected,and they are divided into observation group and control group,with 39 patients in each group.Control group receive routine group,and observation group receive targeted nursing intervention.Living quality changes after nursing of two groups are compared.Fear and anxiety scores of observation group are significantly lower than control group,and psychological situation of observation group is significantly better than control group.Living quality score of observation group is(93.54±20.76),which is significantly higher than(84.69±18.98)in control group(P<0.05).Targeted nursing intervention on the threatened abortion puerperae can effectively relieve the influence of adverse emotion,and improve the living quality of puerperae.
