摘要
对PLC焊接机器人自动化控制系统进行了硬件、控制界面和软件设计,经过调试和安装,焊接机器人自动控制系统的定位、复位误差非常小,技术参数符合制造企业焊接标准,且系统运行可靠稳定。
Design is done on the hardware,control interface and software of automatic control system of welding robot based on PLC.Through debugging and installation,there is little location and reset error in automatic control system of welding robot.Technical parameters are in accordance with the welding criterion of manufacturing enterprise,and the system operation is reliable and stable.
