水利工程测量中存在的问题及对策

分析水利工程测量工作中存在的典型性问题,如水利工程测量工作规划设计不系统、水利工程测量人员的素质有待提高、水利工程测量技术设备的现代化水平低。提出提高水利工程测量工作的对策:做好水利工程测量工作的系统规划设计、做好测量工作相关人员的教育培训、做好测量技术设备的升级换代工作、加强水利测量的现场监管控制,为水利工程建设事业的长足发展夯实技术、操作、规范和管理基础。

The research analyzes the typical problems of hydraulic engineering survey,i.e.the planning and design of hydraulic engineering survey is unsystematic,the quality of hydraulic engineering survey crew need improvement,and the modernization level of hydraulic engineering survey is low.The countermeasures of improving hydraulic engineering survey are proposed,i.e.to do well in systematic planning of hydraulic engineering survey,training of survey related staff,upgrade and update of measuring technique,strengthen the site supervision and control of hydraulic engineering,in order to lay solid technique,operation,standardization and management foundation for the significant development of hydraulic engineering construction.
